The copper forge fund is designed to provide assistance to graduating high school seniors who have demonstrated financial need, academic achievement and have shown that they possess values that are shared by the foundation.
Applicants awarded the copper forge fund scholarship will receive $500 per semester for four consecutive semesters, as long as the recipient complies with the terms and requirements set forth by the foundation. These requirements are detailed below.
Like all scholarship funds offered by the Copper Forge Foundation, recipients will be awarded more than just a monetary contribution to their education. Each recipient will also have access to a group of mentors within the foundation that will assist them as they progress on their career path.
Applicant Requirements
Has financial need
Lives in Arizona
Has earned a 3.0 overall grade point average
Plans to attend an accredited university as a full-time student (minimum of 12 credit hours)
Is available for an in-person interview with members of the foundation’s selection committee
Submits a completed application on or before April 15th

Attach a letter describing:
Your educational goals and future career plans
Your need for financial assistance
Your work experience, extra-curricular activities and/or volunteer activities
Provide a current, official transcript of grades from your high school
Provider two letters of recommendation (non-family members)
Provide a letter from a parent, family member or guardian confirming need
Submit 1 copy of application, forms and supporting documents by April 15th, 2024 to: apply@copperforgefoundation.com

Notification of Award
Applicants awarded the copper forge fund scholarship will be notified by phone or email by May 30, 2024
Written confirmation of the award will follow
If you are awarded a scholarship, you will be connected with a mentor or mentors to assist you on your journey. Recipients will receive $500 per semester for four consecutive semesters, as long as the following requirements are met:
Recipient Obligations
Enroll as a full-time student at an accredited university
Initiate the use of the scholarship immediately
Maintain a 2.75 grade point average
Provide an unofficial transcript of grades to The Copper Forge Foundation at the end of each semester, no later than one week following the last day of the semester
Provide a copy of the upcoming semester’s class schedule three weeks prior to the first day of the semester start
Remain enrolled with a minimum of 12 credit hours
Scholarship is to be used for tuition, books and fees only
Notify The Copper Forge Foundation of any address or phone number changes
Immediately notify The Copper Forge Foundation of failure to register/attend, for any reason, the institution of higher learning fo which the scholarship was awarded
Repay The Copper Forge Foundation for failure to complete the funded semester
